The second chakra is related to relationships(to partners\/kids), violence and addictions. Physically, it affects the reproductive system. Since the first chakra assure us to exist and have a physical place on earth, the second chakra its the base of our subconscious \u00a0concepts of where I belong therefore I’m ready to reproduce.<\/p>\n
Tips to stimulate this area<\/p>\n
-Wearing orange clothing, invest a full 5 minutes staring at orange colors or just place decoration with the orange accents in the place you spend more hours at day such working desk, around the computer or decoration in the house.<\/p>\n
-A yoga practice. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, bend your knees comfortably \u00a0and open your arms, fold your hands as if you are holding a sparkling silver ball energy-prana- The take a \u00a0deep breath get your hands slowly together and \u00a0simulate that you are slowly pushing that silver ball into your navel area.<\/p>\n
Stimulating this area regularly, you will experience no only joy in your life, but also your friend circle will be enriched of people with different backgrounds, religions and ages.
