Astra= stars

Logos=logic or reasoning.

Astrology is the child of astronomy. Originally, all who study the stars were astrologers. While Astronomy studies and explain the planets, stars and their behavior, Astrology is the self-knowledge  that help us to better understand ourselves and  shows us our fullest potentials.
