Are you holding emotions?

Sometimes,  we don’t realized that we are holding, not only our emotions, but others as well.

Here some tips:

-First, when taking a shower, give a gently circular massage to your head with your shampoo, then got to your sinuses just like you are wiping off tears.

– Second, take a deep breath and place both hands in your heart , then exhale slowly moving your shoulders foward and simulate you are squeezing a sponge with both hands.

-Third, try your best  to make yourself yawning, as you were very sleepy and tired.

– And fourth , give a circular massage to your feet.

Now,  you will be ready to start your day or have a nice sleeping time. Remember ,  the last thought before go to bed will resound all night long.
